Wesley Jean Pierre

Wesley Jean Pierre is a filmmaker based in Brooklyn, NY.  Wesley is in the process of attaining his MFA in Directing  from The Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema at Brooklyn College. His work is informed by a BA in Media Studies from Penn State University. He believes in the capacity of storytelling to create radical empathy, and the importance of diversity behind the lens at all levels. He strives to make films that explore the human condition and all its flaws. When not making films  he can be found hanging with his loved ones or buying fishing gear he won’t use.
